Mange Tout
Hot Mange Tout Salad
Serves 2
220g Mange Tout, finely shredded
1 medium red chilli, finely sliced
2 limes, juice only
4 tbsp olive oil
A few drops of sesame oil
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
In a medium bowl, mix together the mange tout and the red chilli.
In a small bowl whisk together then lime juice, olive oil, sesame oil, salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the mange tout and mix together.
Serve.
